Allow for downloads of videos for playback offline or in areas with poor internet

Tried to play the commercial video, but it kept stalling out etc. I’m in Asia with a 200mbps connection. Would hae been great to be able to:
- download in background to play locally
- Have some kind of download speed indicator vs just the spinner
- If the videos are not behind a global CDN, add one
