Howdy ! I purchased the Full Features of your Theater app for the Apple Vision Pro last night because I was excited about watching SBS 3D videos on the Plex server via your application.
Granted, I probably should have researched further that you don’t support SBS 3D videos on your app. Whoops! My bad!
So my question is this: if I want to watch my Plex 3D videos, should I wait for SBS functionality to come? Is that something you’re working on? Or should I request a refund?
Do you have perhaps another suggestion?

Hey, Jeff. Thanks for the polite question—I’m glad you asked instead of just leaving a negative App Store review!
So…yep, our app doesn’t support SBS with Plex, I’m afraid. Let me know if you saw something different somewhere so we can nip that in the bud.
The purchase of Full Access does get you so much more however. Happy to suggest you request a refund from the App Store if the rest of the app doesn’t ring your bell. Is there any other feature you see that does give you back some of that value? There’s a lot there!
